The brand has been selling cosmetics and natural products of various brands in Poland using Prestashop software since 2013. A natural step in their development was to redesign the online store based on acquired qualitative and quantitative data enhanced by our UX expertise. In 2019, Triny formed a partnership with our company to undertake a comprehensive overhaul of their online store. This collaboration aimed to reinforce their position as a leading player in the Polish market and to sustain their competitive edge in the years ahead. |

The challange
We were entrusted to build a new version of Trina’s online store, using years of accumulated experience of the teams on our side and the client’s side. The store features over 6 000 products from various brands, and thus ease of navigation is crucial, as well as comprehensibility and clarity when it comes to the wide variety of product categories.
It was important to prioritize mobile use in the design process. The store implements PWA technology, which allowed us to draw handfuls of solutions known from mobile apps.
The result
We spent more than 300 working hours of UX development to create an intuitive and modern online store.

Triny has several hundred brands on offer. The key was to make it intuitive and clear to navigate.
